Oscar the Grouch really comes to life in this puppet.
While not an unfriendly likeness, it still retains Oscar's edge that
you don't find in most Oscar toys. It's interesting that they chose to
blast the torso and back of the head with lighter green paint, a detail
Cookie and Grover did not get on their fur. It's adds something, but
it's a bit random.
