WGSSFP: Roosevelt Franklin


Roosevelt Franklin joined Sherlock Hemlock and The Salesman as new additions to the line when Questor took the Child Guidance brand from Topper in 1973. Evidence suggests that the 3 were sold between 73 and 77 and were phased out by Gabriel in 1978. Interestingly, the quality of these 3 matches Topper's--softer rubber and better detail.
